Bret Hartman, Head of Instruction with the Rick Smith Golf Academy at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, offers easy-to-grasp golf lessons to golfers of all ages and abilities. From 30 handicappers to PGA Tour professionals, Bret will improve your golf swing, short game, putting, course management, and mental approach that will take your game to a higher level of performance! He also has instructional videos for those who cannot visit his site.
Private Online Golf Lessons
You can become a member of Bret Hartman Golf and get private lessons online and access to his exclusive videos that cover the fundamentals of the full swing, chipping, pitching, bunker play, putting, body motion, and the best drills that he uses, as well as the top players in the world!
In-Person Lessons
Bret uses Trackman to record and track all of your swing data, as well as video analysis, to help you understand your golf swing and track your progress. He offers full-swing, short game, playing lessons, and club fittings. Bret is $195/1hr lesson or you chose to buy a package of 5 lessons you save $80! You can book a private lesson online at www.oakland.edu/golf then scroll down and click on golf lessons, then select Bret Hartman as the Instructor, then the date and available lesson time. You can also book a lesson by calling the OU pro shop at 248-364-6300 ext. 2 or text Bret at 248-459-0488 and he can book it and answer any questions. He typically gives lesson from 11am - 7pm Tuesday - Friday (facility is closed on Mondays). Call Bret directly for playing lessons or if you want to play in a Pro-Am!
